The Securities and Exchange Board of India [“SEBI”] has introduced Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting [“BRSR”] as a regulatory requirement applicable to top listed entities. Value-chain disclosure is making compliance a supply-chain problem. From the voluntary disclosures introduced by MCA, to the evolution of BRSR Core circular, it extends ESG disclosure to upstream and downstream partners cumulatively representing 75% of a listed entity's purchases and sales by value. As a result, not only listed entities but also their value chain partners who may generally be unlisted entities of the MSME category, who should also be ESG compliant. Therefore such entities also are required to map and provide information on various ESG parameters.

PRANN™
ESG Advisory Assessment and Analytics services has been designed comprehensively to fulfill the regulatory requirements, reporting and disclosure requirements, governance enhancement goals of every organisation whether a company or not. The ESG service is packaged in a manner that it connects the routine and mundane transactions undertaken at the shop floor with the executive strategy level discussions happening at the board room. Under our ESG program, we cover policies and codes, regulatory requirements, environmental factors, well-being of workers, human rights, sustainable growth and equitable development.
We enable measuring, monitoring, calibrating and explaining each number so that the resulting disclosure is defensible under assurance and meaningful to the business.
