Our Journey
Indus Corporate and ESG Vault began with the vision of Dr. K. S. Ravichandran, a seasoned professional with more than three decades of experience in corporate law, securities regulation, governance, audit, and advisory. Recognising that organisations were facing growing ESG expectations but lacked a practical and integrated way to manage them, he brought together L. Santhanam and Shilpa Viswanathan—professionals who shared his commitment to responsible business and brought complementary perspectives to the initiative.
Through extensive discussions and a shared understanding of the challenges businesses encounter, the team identified a clear need: ESG could no longer remain a collection of policies, spreadsheets, and periodic reports. Organisations required a structured solution that could connect regulatory understanding, professional guidance, reliable data, and measurable action. This insight led to the creation of ESG Vault.
